This beautifully remodeled Cape Cod bungalow is located at the quiet and peaceful ‘Beach Point’ resort area of Provincetown, a private beachside retreat just minutes from downtown with swimming pool and secluded sandy beach.
Comfortably accommodates 6 people. Spacious master bedroom has queen bed, full bath with tub and shower, cable TV with DVD/VCR/CD, and slider door access to large private sundeck. 2nd bedroom has full-size (double) bed, cable TV/VCR and access to furnished patio. Tastefully appointed living area has full-size sleep sofa, cable TV/VCR and WIFI. Second bathroom is convenient to living area and 2nd bedroom.
Kitchen includes full-size fridge, 4-burner stovetop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, all kitchen supplies, and plentiful cabinets for storage. Charming ‘country-kitchen’ dining area features hutch and table seating.
Relax on the covered patio with Adirondack chairs and patio furniture; a private grassy yard with full-size propane barbecue grill and wooden picnic table. Enjoy glimpses of the bay and beach from huge sundeck off living room and bedroom; perfect for entertaining or relaxation; furnished with deck chairs and umbrella table dining set.
Bed linens and bath towels are included; non-smoking condo; no pets. Housekeeping service is at the end of your stay.
Enjoy breathtaking views of Provincetown Bay and the lighthouse at the tip of Cape Cod from the private 200 ft. white-sand beach just a few steps away from unit. There is a 10 ft. tide for swimming in the warm Bay waters. When the tide is out it is fun to take a stroll on the seemingly endless expanse of beach (1/4 mile into the Bay), collect seashells, or lie on the sand and watch the tide roll back in. Ocean breezes make it great for kite-flying. At night listen to the occasional fog horns in the distance.
Ample free parking is convenient to unit. Regular summer shuttle bus stop on Route 6A at the resort entrance can take you to downtown Provincetown and the MacMillan Wharf area, or the ocean beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point for a small fare; pick-up is every half hour all day and evening until 12:30 AM; all shuttles have bike racks.
Pet Policy: NO PETS - Unfortunately due to condo regulations, pets are not allowed.
