Beach Point Club #1

"You can't beat the location and private beach access. Our toddler son enjoyed the pool and grounds, and we all adored Bud's lovely garden. Having a front lawn to enjoy is a special treat for Manhattanites. The cozy cottage is perfect for a couple. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer."

Beach Point Club #31-33

"We spent 7 days in this unit and had great time. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Unlike other faceless rentals, this one is actually decorated like someone's home - nice touch - and reminds me of the cottages I stayed in on the Cape when I was a kid. Very welcoming. Two adults and two children had plenty of room to stretch out. The unit was well-stocked with fans, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, mugs and glasses, and iron and ironing board and every utensil we might have needed. The dual toaster ovens and full-size grill more than made up for the lack of an oven (which we wouldn't have wanted to use in July anyway) - we grilled every night. The refrigerator is apartment-sized but had more than enough space for us for a week, and there is a "bonus" mini-fridge where we kept drinks. The front patio and large rear deck featured brand-new patio furniture, and with the breeze off the water (a short stroll down the private boardwalk away) our place became the hang out spot of the week. Leaving the front and rear sliders open (screened) cools the house to perfect sleeping temperature on all but the hottest nights. We were also pleased to find the unit had a computer for us to use as well as the free wifi, which worked perfectly. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and our children made friends with some of the other families here during the week. Neighbors were quite friendly and quiet, and being just a couple of miles from Provincetown (and on the shuttle route) made going in for supplies or shopping extremely easy. I've been vacationing on Cape Cod for 30 years, and this spot was a standout."

"My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing week in this rental. The two bedrooms were perfect: my partner and I in one bedroom; my nephew, his wife and two toddlers shared the other bedroom. All of us appreciated the boardwalk to the beach at both low tide and high tide. Swimming, sunsets, and 4th of July fireworks over Ptown harbor. The unit was clean and well-maintained; we used the grill every night. Great escape to unwind from city life yet close enough to Commercial Street for a taste of modern comforts. Thanks for everything!"

"Great Vacation, Cottage had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beach was PERFECT, a short walk down a lovely wood covered path to the bay side. The best part was its location, in a very quite area yet a short ride to P-Town by car or bus. Bud was very helpful and promptly corrected the few minor issues we had and shared some great local information! Definitely would go back again! Thanks for a very peaceful vacation!"

Another great stay here. We've been coming for several years now and always book #63. We find this an excellent place for us: quiet, comfortable, well furnished/equipped. WIFI worked very well; excellent, in fact. As good service as I have at home. When we arrived the unit was sparkling clean. The painting and upgrading, the landscaping are all very attractive. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. We feel right at home and try to treat your unit as if it were ours! Thanks for everything. See you next summer/fall. "

"Charlie, We had such a great week. Oh my word, the weather was stupendous, and I loved the little beach cottage. It was so quaint and beachy! Bill played his guitar out front and neighbors would stop by. Such a nice neighborhood, quiet at night! Nice for us old folks! We took our bicycles too so we biked into town alot especially at night. How close and convenient which made it total fun. We got to enjoy the beach there a few days, but with a storm on Wednesday night, Thursday the beach was full of seaweed. That is the only drawback we seen. One neighbor said the town won't let them rake the seaweed away and it is typical for the season to have it happen and that area seems the catchall. Well, we were lucky to get in a few days.

Perfect set-up for a week away from it all. Sleeping on a futon isn't for creaky old bones; this place is more suited for the young and young at heart. I was wakened every morning by the scent of honeysuckle and the songs of happy birds. Getting into P-town is a straight shot, and access by car anywhere is simple. I'll be back."

We loved the unit and will likely be back next June! We loved that the unit was fully tiled. We've stayed in a lot of beachside places that had carpet, and the floors always felt unpleasantly damp underfoot. We enjoyed how much space there seemed to be for such a small unit. We took advantage of the furniture on both the front and back porch. The neighbors were all friendly.... We certainly hope to have the chance to stay at Beach Point Club again next year. "We were looking for a close by get-a-way over the Columbus Day weekend and found this charming cottage! It was the perfect place for my husband and I and our two boys (ages 10 & 11)! The spot is absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking! We were able to relax on the deck while the boys played on the beach below...football, soccer, kite flying! The cottage itself is well provisioned with everything you need. The location is perfect...just minutes from restaurants and shopping!
Charlie was easy to work with and we look forward to a return visit in the near future!"
