This charming loft cottage with vaulted ceiling is ideal for 2-4 people and is located at the quiet and peaceful ‘Beach Point’ area of Provincetown in a small private beachside resort just minutes from the heart of Provincetown; a secluded sandy bayside beach nearby overlooks Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod.

Completely renovated, this freestanding cottage has a full-size futon in the living room and double mattress in the sleeping loft and accommodates up to 4 people. Cable TV/VCR/DVD, gas fireplace, private bath with shower. Kitchen includes 4-burner gas range, full fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, kitchen supplies, and dining counter with barstools. Private sundeck is furnished with deck chairs and Weber barbecue gas grill; additional side deck with chairs. There is also WiFi Internet access.

Bed linens and towels included; non-smoking. Reserved parking space adjacent to cottage. Housekeeping service at end of stay.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Provincetown Bay and the lighthouse at the tip of Cape Cod from the private sandy beach a block away from the cottage. There is a 10 ft tide for swimming in the warm Bay waters. When the tide is out it is fun to take a stroll on the seemingly endless expanse of beach (1/4 mile into the Bay), collect seashells, or lie on the sand and watch the tide roll back in. Ocean breezes make it great for kite-flying. At night listen to the occasional fog horns in the distance.

Regular summer shuttle bus stop is one block away on the corner of Route 6A and Dewey Av, and can take you to downtown Provincetown and the MacMillan Wharf area, or the ocean beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point for a small fare; pick-up is every half hour all day and evening until 12:30 AM; all shuttles have bike racks.
